We love our 5 gallon Portrait aquarium! Beautiful design, love the LED lighting, and the filtration system is super quiet. Our male Betta and African Dwarf Frog couldn't be happier! Thanks Marineland!

I bought this about a year ago as my first fresh water tank and it works grate it has all the things I needed to start it all I needed to bye on the side was rocks,plants and big rocks so my fish can swim in. It has a white light and a blue light with a filter. It has been about 6 months since I bought it and I just cleaned it and it was fine all those six months i have no heater in the tank right now and it is 25 degrees and now that my fresh water fish have passed I will lots of years to come with this fish tank.

We purchased the unit and setup with no problems. A few months later we noticed a small leak in back of tank that we could not get to to fix. Customer service responded quickly. Now our fish is happy again.

I have my tank for 7 months and its a great nano reef tank. I'm making a plexiglas hood with custom leds and cooling fan. I'll post a updated picture in about a week with the hood on it.
Filter water flow confusing

I love the design of the aquarium it's very sleek and elegant. Although, as someone that likes optimize their filters for the longevity of their fish, the filter system in the back doesn't really make any sense to me. Can someone kindly explain to me how it works so I can make adjustments accordingly. I would like to have the water crystal clear as much as possible.
